Deprecated. as of 7.0, for iteration of block-oriented streams of accounts
consider using the Supplier and BufferedAccountQueue classes instead.

Simple wrapper around a source iterator to conform to the AccountIterator
interface. The source iterator is expected to produce WSUser objects if that
